1. OPERATIONS MANAGER / RETAIL MANAGER

This incumbent will oversee operations and sales target of several outlets. He will form the bridge between the management and our valued outlet staff.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Must possess at least 3 years of Jewellery retail experience and managerial role or equivalent position
  • Ability to work well in team and exhibit good leadership qualities
  • Good business acumen and an advocate for excellent customer service
  • Pleasant personality and excellent PR skills
  • Ability to handle difficult & ad-hoc situations and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess initiative, integrity and dedication
  • Must be able to work under stress
  • Able to work retail hours
  • Must be bilingual in both Mandarin and English language

2. SALES EXECUTIVES

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
  • Earn up to $5,000 monthly
  • Attractive basic salary of $1,600 + commission + cash incentives
  • Opportunity to travel for overseas exhibitions

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 1 year retail sales experience preferred
  • Sales driven & Customer service oriented
  • Must be able to stand on foot for at least 12 hours a day
  • Preferably able to start work immediately


3. INVENTORY OFFICER

This incumbent will be involved in the whole process of preparation of stocks (Jewellery items) for outlets distribution. Task involved scanning of bar code, tagging of price tag, packing of stock, consigning of stocks to assigned outlet, tallying of invoices, handling repair order, monthly stock take in outlets etc.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Mature with pleasant personality
  • A good team player
  • Must be able to work under stress
  • Must be able to work OT
  • Must be bilingual in both Mandarin and English language
  • Female working environment
  • 5 days work week
  • Location: Kaki Bukit Place
  • Basic Salary : Entry level

4. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER / EXECUTIVE


JOB DESCRIPTIONS
  • Service Corporate Jewellers
    • Prepare customer quotation
    • Handle customer enquiry
    • Process customer order
    • Handle shipment
  • Exhibitions Preparation
    • Handle freight documentation
    • Ensure correct stock quantity
  • Opportunity to travel overseas
  • Any other duty duly assigned
Candidates for above position MUST possess the following:
  • Bilingual in both Mandarin and English language
  • Min Educational level : GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ level
  • Sales oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature with a pleasant personality & a good team player
  • Able to work in Kaki Bukit Place
  • Willing to work over time as and when required
  • 5 days work week
  • Strictly Singaporean or SPR only
