PURPOSE OF ROLE

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Contact person on VM issues
• Communicating to all store personnel on basic visual merchandising techniques & principles
• Regular communication with operations and marketing team to ensure the best merchandise is featured in the store
• Plan and implement new themes
• Ensure all fixtures are in right position, follow up on VM equipments
• Ensure merchandising techniques and changes regularly when necessary
• Self-motivated individual with positive attitude, extreme attention to detail and consistency of quality work
• Ability to conceptualize under pressure with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Sourcing and purchasing of visual display props

• Degree / Diploma in Visual Communications or equivalen
• Possess at least 2 years experience in VM
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A keen eye for Visual display and a good sense of current trends
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
• 5½ days work week (alternate Saturday off)

3. PURCHASING EXECUTIVE / OFFICER

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE “O” level or relevant qualification
• Preferably 2 years relevant experiences
• “Hands-on” person with pleasant personality
  • Need to work closely with co-worker to organize warehouse in an orderly manner
• Support the maintenance of outlet and office premises
• A good team player with good negotiating skil
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
• 5½ days work week (alternate Saturday off)

4. INVENTORY OFFICER

This incumbent will be involved in the whole process of preparation of stocks (Jewellery items) for outlets distribution. Task involved scanning of bar code, tagging of price tag, packing of stock, consigning of stocks to assigned outlet, tallying of invoices, handling repair order, monthly stock take in outlets etc.

6. OPERATIONS MANAGER

This incumbent will oversee operations and sales target of several outlets. He will form the bridge between the management and our valued outlet staff.

• Must possess at least 1 year of Jewellery retail experience and managerial role or equivalent position
• Ability to work well in team and exhibit good leadership qualities
• Good business acumen and an advocate for excellent customer service
• Pleasant personality and excellent PR skills
• Ability to handle difficult & ad-hoc situations and work well in a fast-paced environment

7. JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

You will be responsible for creative production of marketing collaterals for all campaigns for the brand.

• Responsible for the creative production for below-the-line marketing collaterals
• Ensure consistency of company image and branding in all graphic work
• Liaise and work closely with creative agency on creative concepts and development
• Able to meet tight deadlines

• Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent
• Proficient in Illustrator, Freehand and Photoshop, In-design, Acrobat software on Macintosh platform
• Min 1 year relevant experience in retail industry
• Fresh graduate with strong portfolio may apply
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Able to multi-task effectively
• Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin
