Shipping FAQ

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days. Our logistics partners will take an additional 3-5 working day(s) to deliver.

Please note that during sales/festive periods, delivery times may be longer than usual due to high order volumes.

What Happens If I Provide An Incorrect Shipping Address?

We are not responsible for incorrect deliveries resulting from inaccurate shipping information provided by you. Please review your shipping address carefully before confirming your order.
Contact us via Live Chat asap if you realised the shipping address provided is incorrect.

A charge of S$5 may apply for redelivery if the initial delivery fails after three attempts.

I never got my order, what to do?

Do check your order from the tracking page(refer to the steps above) to check if there is a delay from our courier partner, if your shipment have passed the proposed date severely you can contact us via Live Chat.

Can I amend my order?

After the order is received by our staff, you will not be able to amend your order. However, you can contact us via live chat if you need so we can make changes for you from our end. But it will be strictly under case by case basis.

Please note that once your order has been shipped or is in transit, it is not possible to make changes to the shipping address. We kindly request you to review and confirm your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

What are the delivery methods?

For our webstore, we have worked with local courier services to deliver purchased products to our customers doorsteps.
If you order amount exceed a certain value, we will deliver your order via our in-house logistic.

Are there any restricted zones/areas that you do not deliver to?

Please note that deliveries cannot be made to military camps, airbases, naval bases, airports, SingPost PO boxes, Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin, prisons, and other restricted areas.
