  • Find your order confirmation in your email inbox (check spam/promotion/junk folder), click on View Your Order.

  • At the order confirmation page, click on the *tracking number.

    *Tracking is not available immediately upon placing order, please check back in 1-2 business days if it's not available.

  • Check Order Status

    Not Found: Tracking Not Scheduled Yet
    Pickup Done: Parcel Picked Up By Logistic
    Arrived at the Distribution Center: Parcel At Warehouse For Sorting
    Starting Delivery to Recipient: Out For Delivery - this might take 1 or 2 days
    Failed - Overtime: Driver can't complete the delivery, a reattempt will be made the next day

  • In Account details/ order history page, click on the order number.

Shipping FAQ

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days. Our logistics partners will take an additional 3-5 working day(s) to deliver.

Please note that during sales/festive periods, delivery times may be longer than usual due to high order volumes.

What Happens If I Provide An Incorrect Shipping Address?

Please let us know immediately. However, once the parcel is in transit, we are unable to amend or stop the delivery.

We are not responsible for incorrect deliveries resulting from inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer. We strongly encourage you to review your shipping address carefully before confirming your order.

  • If you realize the address is incorrect: Contact us via Live Chat ASAP.
  • Redelivery Fee: A charge of S$5 may apply for redelivery if the initial delivery fails after three attempts.

I never got my order, what to do?

Please check your order on the tracking page (see steps above) to see if there is a delay from our courier partner. If you did not receive it even though the status is marked as "Delivered," you can contact us via Live Chat.

Can I amend my order?

After the order is placed, you will not be able to amend your order on your end. However, you can contact us via live chat if you need so we can make changes for you from our end. But it will be strictly under case by case basis.

Please note that once your order has been shipped or is in transit, it is not possible to make changes to the shipping address. We kindly request you to review and confirm your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

We have worked with local courier services to deliver purchased products to our customers doorsteps.
If you order amount exceed a certain value, we will deliver your order via our in-house logistic.

Are there any restricted zones/areas that you do not deliver to?

Please note that deliveries cannot be made to military camps, airbases, naval bases, airports, SingPost PO boxes, Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin, prisons, and other restricted areas.
