Refund policy
Refunds or exchanges are not accepted since all sales are final. We also do not offer change-of-mind refunds.
Cancellation of orders or return of items is not allowed unless the purchased item is confirmed to be defective.
In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, a 4% non-refundable processing fee will apply.
No returns or refunds are accepted for international orders.
All orders are meticulously packed and filmed before shipment to ensure their condition and quality.
Received Incorrect or defective products
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us via Live Chat(bottom left screen). Defective or incorrect item refunds are not accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt. If you wish to request a return or exchange, please email us first with your order number, product details, an image of the defective part, and your order invoice. We will determine if the item is eligible for return and get back to you.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. If an item cannot be replaced, we will refund the purchase price.
If a parcel is delivered to you by mistake, please notify us. We will arrange for collection or you may return it to us at our expense. Contact us via live chat to make the necessary arrangements.
Any return parcel due to errors by the customer or their designated forwarder will be returned at the expense of the responsible party.
Lowest Price - Money Back Guaranteed
This guarantee applies only to products clearly labeled as part of our Lowest Price promotion.
If you find the same item being sold at a lower price in Singapore, we’ll offer a return & refund you the difference or full refund (less 4% processing fee).
To qualify:
- The item must be identical — same carat weight, gold weight, bracelet length, color, and diamond clarity.
- The lower-priced item must be NEW and available for sale to the public (not discounted due to damage, or pre-owned).
- The item must be from a Singapore-based store or website.
How to claim:
Send us a screenshot or link showing the same product and lower price.

Claims must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt. TAKA Jewellery reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any claim, and to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
